  6. Registration:

  8. There are 2 different registration options.
  9. The first is for $29, which gets you the
  10. full version of UFO Saver with no 
  11. shareware nag screens. You also get our Full
  12. Motion video screen saver CD-ROM with 600MB
  13. of incredible video clips. You also get our 
  14. Screen Saver Super Bundle which features 11
  15. additional animated screen savers, including
  16. the Dinosaur, SkyDiver, Waterfalls, and Tropical 
  17. Fish modules.
  18. The second option is the MEGA-CD for $39. The
  19. MEGA-CD includes all the above, plus 375 color
  20. pictures on CD, 4 additional screen savers, 10 
  21. more great utilities (including Video Launch
  22. Pad, SlideShow Pro, AlarmMaster, and DialerPro)
  23. and 6 challenging games (incl. Vegas Poker and
  24. Blackjack and Hang-Em).

  26. 32 programs in all, plus all the video clips and
  27. photos. An incredible value.

  43. Installation:
  44. ---------------
  45. To install UFO Saver, unzip the 
  46. UFOSAVER.ZIP file you downloaded.
  47. Then run the SETUP.EXE program. 
  48. Follow the on-screen prompts.
  49. This will load the program onto
  50. your system. To keep this file small
  51. for easy downloading, VBRUNB300.DLL
  52. is not included in this ZIP. This 
  53. program REQUIRES the file VBRUN300.DLL 
  54. to be in your \Windows\System
  55. directory. You can download this
  56. file from Compuserve, AOL, and our
  57. web site: www.galttech.com

  60. Configuring Screen Saver:
  61. ==========================
  62. (Windows 3.1)
  63. To use the screen saver, double-click 
  64. CONTROL PANEL, usually in the MAIN group 
  65. on your desktop. When CONTROL PANEL opens, 
  66. double-click on DESKTOP to go into the 
  67. desktop configuration screen. About halfway 
  68. down the window, select the Screen Saver Name 
  69. drop-down box. You should find UFOSaver in the 
  70. list. Select it. Now click on the SETUP button. 
  71. In the screen saver setup, you can adjust the
  72. settings to your preferences. Click REGISTRATION
  73. INFO button to find out about registering this
  74. shareware version of UFOSaver. 
  75. Click EXIT and try the TEST button.
  76. (Windows 95)
  77. Right-click the desktop to bring up the 
  78. display panel, or click the START button and
  79. choose Settings/Control Panel; from there you 
  80. can choose DISPLAY. With the Display Panel open,
  81. click on the Screen Saver Tab. Select UFOSaver 
  82. from the drop down list of screen savers, and click
  83. Settings to setup, and Preview to test it.

  86. Removing UFOSaver:

  88. To remove UFOSaver from your system,
  89. delete the file UFO.SCR from your
  90. \Windows directory.

  94. BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO THE

  98. You are granted a license to use UFOSaver
  99. for a period of up to 30 days. After
  100. that time, you are required to purchase the
  101. product(s) through registration or else 
  102. discontinue its use.

  105. software and distribute it to your friends 
  106. and co-workers, on electronic bulletin
  107. boards, over networks, and so on, as long 
  108. as the product is not distributed for
  109. profit (handling fees up to $5.00 ok).

  111. to distribute this installation executable 
  112. which contains the associated files together 
  113. as a group. You are not allowed to bundle 
  114. this software with other products without 
  115. prior written permission from Galt Technology.

  127. works from any of the files that are used 
  128. in this software. This includes all the 
  129. executable, help, installation, and readme 
  130. files, as well as video files.
